Refund policy
Refund & Return Policy – 7 Days (For Pakistan Orders Only)
We have a 7-day return and refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns should be sent to the following address:

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package.
Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please check your order immediately upon receiving it. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care or hygiene-related items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Used or worn products
- Items not in original packaging or missing tags
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original product first (within 7 days) and then place a new order separately.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
